I like that you can book your appointment online. The medical staff is very professional and nice. I’ve taken my son there twice and had a great experience each time. I noted that somebody wrote that these reviews are fabricated. They are not. At least mine isn’t. Convenient MD is two minutes from my house in New Hampshire. My visit to ConvenientMD far exceeded my expectations. I was listened to, respected, and taken seriously. The doctor asked very detailed questions to really pinpoint what was happening with me. She found that my symptoms warranted an EKG and lung x-ray but she very respectfully allowed me to make my own decisions on how to proceed. She explained her concerns and helped me make the best decision for me. I left with answers, a prescription, and very clear follow up recommendations. Maybe I was just lucky that it wasn't crowded, but, my first visit to ConvenientMD Urgent Care was as good as I've experienced for walk-in medical care.  I interacted with four different staff members, each of whom was welcoming and helpful.  What could possibly be a stressful event was actually a comfortable time.   In these very trying times for healthcare professionals everywhere,  it's great to know that there is a place like ConvenientMD where I can get answers and treatment in such a timely manner. I signed the form to request virtual appointment got a call back very fast from the preregistration she was very polite, organized and thorough. The nurse practitioner called me back via zoom within a minute of the appointment time( which I was pleasantly surprised about) she also was thorough, and resolved my issues quickly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I tried to call back and ask a question. After an hour on hold I just called cvs who answered the phone and question within 5 minutes.
